Our Company

Established nearly 30 years ago, Murphy Homes, is a true family-owned and operated homebuilding company. Specializing in building high-end custom homes, the award-winning company builds five to 10 custom homes annually ranging in price from $500,000 to two million+. They build in small subdivisions or on single homesites in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania and in Delaware.

President Michael Murphy, Sr. has always instilled the same philosophy that continues to drive his company today: “we partner with our homebuyers to build their dream.” He believes in a hands-on, communicative approach at every stage, with every home and every buyer. The company’s dedication to its customers has earned them a solid reputation based on trust, fine craftsmanship, and attentive customer services – all of which is reflected in every home they build.
